2. Advance Payments

• Advance payments made before the start of a project are generally non-refundable.
• If the project has not been started, refund requests may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

3. Project-Based Services

• No refunds will be provided once the project has entered the development phase.
• If a client cancels the project midway, payment for the completed work must be cleared.
• Refunds will not be issued for completed and delivered services.

4. Digital Marketing Services

• Marketing and SEO services are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings or business outcomes.

5. Delay or Non-Delivery

If Starloop Enterprises fails to deliver agreed services due to our internal reasons, clients may request a partial refund based on the work not completed, the partial delivery time frame.

6. Refund Processing

• You may raise a refund request within 7 to 14 working days. Once your request is received and verified by our team, the refund will be processed.
• The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after successful verification.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion before taking legal action.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and Bangalore, Karnataka.
